A different take on cheesecake...
Last night we went out for a little celebration. I ordered a cheescake, but to be honest when it came out I was kind of confused... the only thing resembling a cheesecake was the digestive base. The rest was somewhere in between a mousse and a creamy mix. Anyhow, it was very very cute and with nice details, like the little raspberries filled with raspberry sauce and little gold flakes on top (however you cannot see it very well in the photo).

ReplyDeleteTom haller pa studerar till en examen och han hade klarat första provet, sa vi passade pa att fira lite och pa samma gang prova pa en ny restaurang här nära, man tar ju alla chanser man far :)
